The Québec Provincial Police adopts S3M
We have received a letter, on October 21st 2009, originating from the Head of application maintenance relating that the Software Maintenance Management book has a important role in the process improvement initiatives. Mrs Lyse A Chamberland has recognised the usefullness of the model to help the organization progress and published a 2 pages article in French (Page 1 - Page 2) in the Quebec Police IT employee Journal.
