S3M Wiki is a simple wiki which allows S3M members to share practices, templates and tools for improving software maintenance. It provides an environment for individuals, teams and companies to create and collaborate using a simple way.

The Open Maintenance TRAC project

We are currentlly modifying TRAC to be more of a software Maintenance Ticketing System than a development bug management system. It will support different workflows for Corrective-day shift, Corrective-night shift and adaptive for small enhancements. Each workflow will be displayed in here or in the S3M toolset folder. The new version TRACMaint will be placed here as it is developed. The install script of the current TRAC version.

Here is the script that we made to install TRAC easily in a VM. You need a Virtual Machine.

      Use the VMware LAMP i386 of Cent OS :
http://dev.centos.org/~tru/vmware/centos-5/

- 1	Identify yourself as root :
- 2	Get the archive (log240setup_V1.4.zip) with Trac in my S3M bronze tool folder
- 3	yum update
- 4	reboot
- 5	yum install subversion mod_python neon neon-devel python-devel swig gcc automake autoconf
- 6	unzip log240setup_V1.4.zip
- 7	cd log240setup_V1.4.zip/log240setup
- 8	chmod -R 777 *
- 9	./setup.sh
- 10	system-config-securitylevel
- 11	Everyting disabled (or configurate according to your needs

La simulation de processus de maintenance - The software maintenance process simulator

Le mandat du projet est de créer un modèle pour le jeu SIMSE qui représentera le cas de maintenance de logiciel. Le jeu SIMSE est un logiciel libre, donc une fois terminé, le modèle créé sera redonné à la communauté.

This project aims at creating a new software maintenance process model for the SIMSE game. SIMSE is an OpenSource so the results will be availllable to all.
